What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a methodology. Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement, coupled with sound nutrition. This may be an overused term, but it’s a lifestyle. We are committed to creating a culture that encourages that lifestyle and helps our athletes (that’s you guys) maximize their fitness through the methodology, and in turn amplify the impact you can have in all other areas of life outside the gym.

Our Facility
RobCo CrossFit is 2200 square feet of space with plenty of room and equipment for everyone. We have an open floor plan with a dedicated kid's space for them to hang out while parents workout. Come on in, find a cubby, fill up your water bottle, grab a gym towel, and let's get to work!

What we offer
Group Classes
Starting is simple, regardless of whether you're new to all things fitness or have years of experience under your belt, we do our best to make you feel right at home. At our gym, the coaches will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are, teach you the foundational movements, and adjust workouts to your fitness level. In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, all athletes (that's you!) complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.
CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens
Our CrossFit Kids and Teens program is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is designed for a special population, KIDS. Our kids and teens program fits their specific developmental needs and level. We are passionate about introducing our youth to a fit and healthy lifestyle by combining fun and fitness along with learning teamwork and making new friends.
Nutrition Coaching
We offer basic nutrition guidance to all of our members along with community seminars.
If you are looking for a more personalized plan, we offer one on one nutrition coaching with one of our coaches. Reach out to us at the gym or fill out the Contact Us form and let's talk about your goals.
Personal Training
New to CrossFit or fitness? We can work with you one on one to introduce you to the foundational movements of CrossFit and help you become familiar with the equipment and exercises we use each day in our workouts.
Want to work on a particular lift or movement? We offer personal training for that as well! One of our coaches can work with you one on one to help you dial in these movements and techniques.
